AC IV Black Flag Graphics Latest Fix

Hey guys, just in case the previous fix for Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag didn't work for you I made another one which is basically the last chance you got and well it's mostly for ATI Radeon users. (sorry nvidia)

Let's have a look at those problems:

Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Fix
 Fixing: lagging, low fps, shuttering, flickering, black screens, tearing, freezing and such issues
My spec is:

• CPU: AMD phenom II x4 955 be (x18 clock)
• RAM: 8 gb
• GPU: ATI HD 6800 series 1gb

My fps is around 35-50 I didn't measure it yet but it's pretty sleek and the graphics is awesome

1. What drivers you have to use? Well for now there is a beta driver: Catalyst 13.11 b with the latest updates, it's stable 
2. Use this filter to download the right one for your graphics. 
3. Use this tool: Radeon Profile Tool, or RadeonPro for short, is a free, user friendly utility designed to unleash the power of AMD™ Radeon™ video graphics cards.
4. Look at this config:
   

The last most important thing is: BLOCK THE GAME IN FIREWALL or rather TURN OFF THE INTERNET CONNECTION
Uninstall this internal windows update.

Ok, so graphics are awesome but those bugs, those freakin bugs I mean that game is constantly below 25 fps, kinda not worth a gameplay so I decided to make a fix. If you have any black screens, crashing, low FPS, tearing and other graphics related issues then you should grab this fix.

You can get it from here. 
This is not DDL, download, warez, 0day or torrent, it's just a pastebin :).

2~ If there are iso files then mount the image and install the game, proceed to next step

3~ Now starts the fixing part

4~ Use these files after cracking [fixing those gay graphics and savegame problems] and follow the next step

5~ Block the game in this firewall. When you have COMODO just run the game as administrator and when it asks to give permissions just BLOCK it because you don't block the game you block the ports and connection between steam and such.
