Resident Evil 6, 2013 new game from Capcom, this game is just a pure classic so that's not the problem, those problems will start when you launch the game - blackscreens, crashing, lagging, fps drops, bsods and if not graphic problems then savegames, bugged checkpoints so you have to start all over again - I said enough, there must be some freakin' solution. Well I'm not sure if this will work for you but you can give it at least a try. I made some editing in configs, dlls and fixed graphic/savegame issues.

By the way I also found fixes for DmC Devil May Cry 5 2013 and Far Cry 3 2013, 
Tomb Raider 2013,BioShock Infinite

Let's see how the fix should be "applied"
*handcrafting the fix
1~ Get some Resident Evil 6 2013 release like RELOADED
[don't forget to download those files |, seems like a lot of you haven't read the whole instructions there's more and it's kinda important to make it longterm .. just sayin and goodluck]

2~ If there are iso files then mount the image and install the game, proceed to next step

3~ Now starts the fixing part

4~ Use these files after cracking [fixing those gay graphics and savegame problems] and follow the next step

5~ Block the game in this firewall. When you have COMODO just run the game as administrator and when it asks to give permissions just BLOCK it because you don't block the game you block the ports and connection between steam and such.

 You can use different options or use this pre-defined *.dll file which will take care of it.

How can I fix FPS issue in Resident Evil 6 2013?

DmC Devil May Cry 5 2013 from RELOADED/THETA was released with graphic and savegame bugs. If you have low FPS, crashing freezing, sound problems, cursor is lagging, blackscreens, random reboots you may try to"forge" your own fix, it's easy just try to follow those steps as they are.
By the way I also found fixes for Far Cry 3 and Tomb Raider 2013. 
Let's get it done
*install and fix guide (pretty easy)
1~ Unpack the game

2~ Mount or burn image (if it's unpacked without *.iso files then just follow next step)

3~ Install the game :-)

4~ Use these files to crack the game (files are inside Win32 folder)[fixing those gay graphics and savegame problems] and follow the next step
5~ Block the game in this firewall just be sure that you are "offline" for them.

Missing these files:
 d3dx9_27.dll Error Fix
msvcr71.dll, msvcr100.dll and msvcp100.dll Errors Fix
Then you should update DirectX and Framework from here


Got these problems:
,No Responding,Bad FPS and Slow Performance ,Crash at Menu, Crash on Launching, Crashing while Playing, Stuck on Loading Screen, Game Crashes during Loading Screen ,No Sound, Low Sound, Delayed Dialogues Voices and Sound Stuttering – Fix
This may be the solution for some of the problems listed above, just give it a try and see if it works.

Tomb Raider 2013 was released with graphic and savegame problems. So if you are experiencing framerate drops, blackscreens, tearing/lagging, BSODs or you can’t save or load your game then I’ve got some good news for you because there is finally a proper fix made by TR13 fans/nerds lol.

My game progress:
I'm actually at 27.9% and played like 6 hours. Seems like it's a big game and that's insane because the gameplay is pretty intense. Once you are assassin with a bow or silent gun and then you just slam everyone with that axe or burn them all with fire. The graphic is just beautiful, actually playing everything at max - ultimate, well I couldn't use teselation or TressFX but after I found the solution for these things everything's working fine I mean nice and smooth gameplay I'm really enjoying it. That crafting or upgrading option at camp is kinda Far Cry 3 based however it's still awesome, savegames/autosaves work just fine. Buy this game if you like it and support the creators.
